Bench Press vs OHP/Push-Press
Which do you tend to focus on more?

Bench without a doubt.
for me personally my overhead #'s increase without doing them by pushing hard on the bench. for a while i tried to focus on overhead first and my #'s went nowhere on either lift. |
I hit them both really hard but prefrence wise I love to bench and find it easier

Bench is more a "must do" for me, but I really like OHP because it (was) my signature lift.
Not to sound like a chest-beater, but I do love to OHP other people's bench maxes. It excites me. |
I am stronger lb for lb on the bench, but i am giving preference to OH Press at the minute :)

I've always just had a much easier time benching and always felt weak in the ohp.

I ask out of curiosity, as it seems like most people will give preference to one above the other and stick to that for a long time.

if my shoulders are fried my chest workout suffers but if my chest is fried i can still concentrate on shoulder pressing without fatigue.
