Gains and achievements in 2010: Goals accomplished?

Whats your current best lifts and are you satisfied with your progress?
bw around 225.
Bench - 310 - Could be better, alot better. But still a 70 lb raise since the injury in march.
Deadlift - 535 - Satisfied with this, added 115 lbs to my deadlift 1RM since may 2010.
Squat (paralell) - 425 - This could also be better, feels ok though.
Squat (ATG) - 410 - This is ok, added 120 lbs to this.
Front squat - 310 - Feel good about this.
BHN PP - 210 - Shoulder pressing is a weak spot of mine so this is ok.
Powerclean - 225 - Ok.
Rack pull - 2x805 (at kneeheight) Good.
Shrugs - 3x705
Weight goals for next year - 600 deadlift, 500 raw squat, 355 lb bench press, 400 front squat, 310 powerclean, 245 PP.

That's a MASSIVE 1RM on the bench, Mr Swede! Great thread too, btw.
I've had several achievements this year - returning to lifting being the first and best one (started training again March 29th after living a very unhealthy lifestyle since 2003).
10 reps of 100 kilos was good.
Reducing my drinking from a lot every day to only 4 a night, and having alcohol free days through the week is another.
Real good of you to be back at it after that long a break. Keep at it!
Its been a great year, joined MAB, met a LOT of great people and got my training back on track after a pain in the a$$ injury.
Major failure on the weight loss, lost 5-10 at the most. Maybe this year will be better.
I reviewed my old log when I started here to get a few of the numbers back from March. Its not a complete list but it gives me a little perspective to my progression.
March 2010 / Now
Bench - 345 for 2 reps / 380 for reps. 360ish Max / 435 max.
Lockouts - 455/575
BB Rows - 225/315
Rack Pulls - ? /805
I have achieved most of my raw strength goals. I hit a deadlift of 525x5, a 565 deadlift single, a 500 pound squat, 225 strict BTN press for 5 reps, and a bench close to 380.
My bench is a little behind my previous high of 430, but at 43 I'll take what I can get.
Am I satisfied? Never. I feel like I have more in the tank with deadlifts and bench. Squat was feeling crazy heavy so although I would like a 550+ pound raw squat, I'm not sure if it will ever happen.
This has been my strongest year to date. 2011 will be my leanest and strongest.

i didn't really set much goals for the 2010 lifting wise. BUT i think my biggest thing is committing to the 2011 Buckeye Classic BB Show in April. THanks to MAB that decision has taken my training to a different level, because im much more focused on diet just as much as the training.
Thats great progress guys! I also have mab and steve to thank for my progress in some ways. You have all been a great support and helped me out a lot, and im proud to be a member of this community!
