The year was mostly good. I did not meet the goals I had wanted, but I was well on my way to doing so, before being sidelined.
I got my squat back to 300 at one point
I benched 280 for a PR
I strict pressed 160
I got back to lifting in a serious way, and put in some good work. I got sidelined for a few months, but I hope to get all of these injuries worked out, and have good year in 2011.

Ridin the big red truck today
I would say 2010 was good for my training I can't say I hit all my goals for the year but I made some respectable gains.
DL 305, My first lift over 300 lbs, and 2011 looks to be good on this one
squat 215 5x5, I wanted to do 2x my BW for the 5x5 and was just shy of it
Finally got over 100 lbs on the OHP for a 5x5 set.
And my biggest accomplishment, shaving 45 seconds off my personal best time in the firefighter combat challenge, clearly due to my increased strength. I'm uber excited to start training after the 1st of the year for the upcoming season.

I got derailed in 2010. But praise God, I'm back on the fast track.
Goals for 2011:
I'd like to run one or two 5K's
I'd like to enter a PL meet by the end of 2011.
Despite everything, 2010 was absolutely my best year of lifting. My highlight though, was getting to meet BTB, jslep, and Rich at the Minnesota last May. Not a day goes by that I don't think about that time. And the rest of this community, man what can I say? You've sustained me, and encouraged me, kicked me bum, and threatened my kneecaps. I couldn't have busted my arse in the gym, pulled through the cancer, and gotten back to it without you all. Thank you.

Came up short on the 300 bench & 500 deadlift this year... but didnt have any expectations on squat but ehhhh
plan on doing 500/350/525 by 2012
also have some side goals of...
365x1 Front squat
I wanna press the 150 dumbbells at my gym
Gain atleast 20 more pounds of muscle
Close grip bench 315
incline bench 315
do 4x10 w/ a 45 plate on parrell dips
4x10 on pullups
its all about goals... 2010 was my best year of strength gains so far
