That's like taking a kiddie to a candy store and telling them they can't have any

Squats: well, I only do zercher squats, but I'd still miss them.

Deadlift: I'd have to opt for the deadlifts, there's just something about picking a weight up from a dead start and the achievement of having done so.

BigTallOx does them both at the same time.

He deadlifts with a barbell on his back.

(Some of you think I'm joking )

With all the nutty combo exercises out there, I'm wondering whether you are or not...but balancing a barbell with no hands to begin with, hm??

Woah, looks like I've got to go take a look...but not something I'll try any time soon, even though I do generally try the weird and whacky exercises

^^ yeah, that's something a lot won't touch with a barge pole...my latest is the little-finger DL currently 8kg but I reckon it would be higher if I had a different rigging set-up for it.

Middle-finger deadlifts rule on the aspect of teaching not to pull with the arms when you hit the normal 2-handed deadlifts; it's all in the form, as long as you can handle the pain
