This was my first Powerlifting Competition. NASA Rules. March 2011 will Mark my 1 year of lifting, hoping to be in the 600's by then. I will post the video as soon as I can get it ready. My buddy Tom Waldrep, 46 years old at 218 pounds did a 430 pound raw bench for an overall win. Representing ANVIL GYM baby!

Thank you guys, having some issues putting the video together and getting it formatted right, new to all of this junk. Rounded the back some but kept the hips low. It's no easy task when you are over 6'5" haha
