Back Raise equipment at our gym
 

Just realized we have a back raise machine at our gym, i say machine but its not a machine you guys know what i mean, I was wondering how good this machine is, lol had dust on it like nobody ever uses it and it looks brand new, i got on it for just a second to see if i could figure out and it seems productive for the lower back, i was just wondering if you guys do these, i have a good bit of back movements so may never do this just want to know more about it.

If you're doing 5/3/1 it could be an assistance on deadlift day, but I don't think it could replace good mornings. You're talking about back extensions right?

well its a back raise i thought but it may be extensions and yep it could be assistance since i dont perform goodmornings atm
