100 rep challenge...
Every Thanksgiving morning a group of guys and girls from my gym get together and pick something they think they can get 100 reps of in about an hour's time. Since this will be my first thanksgiving there, I am pretty excited. Trying to figure out what I want to do... Thinking maybe 405 deadlift? Sets of 5. What would you guys do?

I would pick the squat probably if you wanna get brutal stay light 185pounds in 5 sets of 20 reps maybe 3 minutes rest between each or 5

What about a simple flat press?
6 sets of 15 and 1 set of 10 would get you to 100.. Pick the right weight and you could easily git 'r' dun... |
I would probably try 225 on bench.

barbell rows 300 lbs. Or push press, 155 lbs, that would be fun =)
