Steve I am thinking I want to do morethan 315, but youre right 405 may be a tad much. Its not that I absolutely have to get it done in an hour but thats usually about how it goes, try for an hour. One of the guys I train with who owns the gym clean and pressed 225 for 100 last year. THis will be my first one, Steve if you try it Ill be interested to know how it goes! Then we shall feast.

Jslep, I think that word about sums it up!

I am definitely going to try it. My lower back is sucking wind right now so I;m not sure what weight I will use. Hopefully I will be healed by then. I still don't know what lift I will go for.

I am leaning towards squats.

I tried something Like this oVer the weekend. I did 100 push ups with out break. Does that count

But I'm going 315 sumos.

Best of luck with 405. I would get too winded to complete that.

Made it to rep number 53 with 405, started off with sets of 5. Had to drop down to 315 for reps 54 on. Probably should have only dropped to 365 because my last 20 reps were done in 2 sets. I am dead. 55 minutes.
