I hate vids like that coop. BTB has some good ones.
He may be a fittness coach, thus low weight higher reps. Guys like this are a dime a dozen and all have there idea's and premote them as the only and best way. It is a sales pitch to get clients.

New people to bbing see vids like this and think they or the golden rule because they use guys already build up to do there deminstrations.
You would find his vids on the shelve next to Richard Simonds. lol
