Default Chad Waterbury's Routines

I've been reading up alot on Chad Waterbury's routines and I really like all of it. Does anybody on here have any experience using them? here are links to a few of them:

T NATION | Total Body Split Training

T NATION | Total-Body Training

T NATION | Anti-Bodybuilding Hypertrophy Program - Part 1

i realized i am very able to go to the gym 2x a day and i like his idea of 2 shorter sessions better than 1 long session 3x a week. what do you guys think?

I like his ideas. He has some fresh approaches.

I really like the 10x3.

I would give the 2x a day a try. Nothing teaches like experience. Heck, I want to find a way to do 2x a day right now.

You are dedicated and know how to train smart. two short and sweet sessions a day at your age might be good.

these are some pretty cool looking routines, I may have to try something like this sometime. Maybe just for a couple of weeks to kinda shock my body, but not for a while. I am loving my BB split right now, but I will keep these in the back of my mind
