going to read over it tonight and posibly start tomorrow or sometime this week!

Best of luck Kman. I personally think I could handle front squats better than back squats on Smolov, except for possible lower back and neck brutality. For some reason my CNS handles the eccentrics from front squats better.

I never really thought about it but you're right. Back squats are more taxing to me then front squats. Maybe it's the weight difference.

i did smolov jr. for bench i got my 1 rep max up by like 20 lbs and helped me break through a plateau

thanks man. i'm not sure how i'll handle it. i think my lower back may get too worn out, fronts hit them really hard.

also sometimes my knees end up a little sore from them... i'll see how my body deals with it

i think i'm actually not going to do it... hahaha. really chaos and pain has been working very well and is just as much if not more intense then it.
