I don't have any suggestions, but I will say that I am up for feedback as well. I sit all day for work and my mid to lower back is starting to find this disagreeable.

I hear a few people have this special cushion to help support the lower back so less strain. No idea what but i think normal pillow would suffice. But might drop an few manly points for ya!

[QUOTE=big_swede;82479]Yeah might help HK. I simply rely on deadlifts and squats for lower back strength, maybe add some occasional hyperextensions or something? Worth a try[/QUOTE
foam rollers? yoga? stiff leg squats? an women?

Try getting up every once in awhile and stretching/walking around, even if just for a minute.
