Has anyone run Smolov? If they have, advice/suggestions/stories would be appreciated. Thanks, guys. :thrasher:

i think humanhorrorfilm ran smolov or smolov junior for front squats with great success

It's a squat program, but I'm also doing the bench press and a few accessory lifts.

I think HHF did it with front squats.
