Default Powerlifting Rant!!!

Alright I'm going to ****ing rant. I need to get this off my chest. Here goes.

I am so ****ing sick of 225 pound max squatters trying to debate me over stupid **** when they A) don't know any ****ing powerlifters themselves and B) have trained for 6 months and all their knowledge is from ****ing articles.

I don't give a rat's ****ing ass if Jason Ferruggia said pyramid set structure is the bomb. Good to Ferruggia. I respect him, but I don't need some ****ing chump who is "pyramiding" with 155 on deadlifts to try and debate me over ****. I start my warmups with 225.

Here's the damn point. If you're young, don't try to debate people when all you have is reading knowledge. I have been lifting for 20 ****ing years and I don't want to hear your bull****.

The kid kept trying to tell me that I was doing everything ****ing wrong and that I needed to pyramid because ****ing Ferruggia got nut-happy with this approach.

All I know is this => every ****ing successful lifter I know got there from busting their balls doing what worked for them. 99.999% aren't running some ****ing pyramid rep scheme with percentage horse**** supercommando GI Joe Kung Fu Grip action!

Props to Ferruggia for getting young guys to lift but don't start licking his turds when there are a ****ing army of strong ass mother****ers doing **** differently.

I don't give a **** if you know all this monkey piss voo doo. Impress me with your damned squat 1RM. You learn from working not reading.

I like how people always claim to "POWERLIFT". If you haven't done a meet your only a part-time power-lifter as my friends used to tease me before my first one, and if you can;t lift heavy weights to begin with you shouldn't be giving advice. Pyramiding with anything is shameful IMO lol but 155lbs??? I trained girls who deadlifted more than that their first try. Just bent the punk until he resembles a barbell.

Well those are my lifts ... but ... I promise not to debate you.

I POWERLIFT but I am not a powerlifter. I will return after my first meet. Of course I will not be stronger after the meet than before the meet, but I will then be a powerlifter.

Being a slight bit serious for a moment ... I dislike anyone to debate or lecture that there is only one road to a destination.
