Default Time away from gym...

Well i think its time i give my body a break to heal up a bit from the lil nagging pains here and there and change up the way i work out gon be hard to stay out the gym for a couple days any ideas on what could substitute for me for maybe 5-7 days? was thinkin maybe doing some p90x but im thinkin that kinda defeats the purpose on takin a break. any ideas on what kinda exercise would be safe to do that doesnt hinder recovery?

Well, if you've been hard at it for a while, my vote would be to do as little as possible. Let the body take care of the little nagging injuries. A well deserved rest is a wonderful thing. You won't lose a thing, and will likely come back stronger than before.

Welcome to the forum.

When nagging injuries hit, I'm all for resting and eating. It's a good time to get caught up with some movies or books.
