Why are you switching it up? Looks like you have it all covered, good luck Brother. Any direct trap work, or just rely on the deads?

Looks good Swede. That's a solid approach. Are the 5x5 all workings sets, or are the first two warmups ala Reg Park, etc.

You curious about full body workouts and how ill respond to it, figured i try it for a while and se whats happend. Figured the deads will do, but might have to reevaluate that. Really like blasting traps with shrugs so maybe add some o n deadlift day.

Look all right, but you will need to switch the order of your exercises up every week; otherwise some will overlap others and impede progress.
Take Day 2, for instance. Your back is going to be fried by either Front Squats or Deadlifts, and you still have OHP; which, if done heavily, will place a certain amount of stress on your midsection. Thus, either your Front Squats or your Deadlifts will likely suffer if you do them both heavy on the same day. So I suggest, if you're set on this program, to switch up the order every week. Maybe Front Squats first this week and Deadlifts first the next, or light Deadlifts followed by OHP and heavy Front Squats, etc. Or you could just be a beast and plow right through it, making me look stupid.

It looks good, but I would let it have some malleability. Basically, I would set up the three days to have the first centered on squat and bench press, the second on the deadlift, and the third for a squat (variation) and either bench press or overhead press (which you did). Then I would pick 2-4 assistance exercises based on my weaknesses (and energy levels).
For example, you might notice you need some more hamstring work, then you could drop biceps curls on one day for leg curls, or you might need more upper back so you drop the close-grip bench press for shrugs.

Looks not bad, I did Stronglifts 5x5 for awhile and LOVED it really gained some good strength gains. Iron and tom offered some good tips, heed the suggestions or you will be overtraining some muscle groups and could end up doing more harm than good. Days i did deads on i would do 5x5 on the squat and only 1x5 on the dead.
Also I'd do OHP and pull ups on same day, dont over look doing body weight exercise's. Push up, pull up, chin up, dips, inverted bw rows. Good luck man |

Lot of good idea's here Sweed. Heck you could try each idea for a month and see what works the best for your body responce.
