Farmers walk training vids

Did some farmers walks today, not maxxed out in weight, but went 40 yards 4 times with 205lbs each hand. Dont get to see many training videos on here for strongman, or maybe I just dont look in the right spots haha. Started to bend over a bit on the second video, lost my form a bit.

All in all a productive day!
