Nothing, but nothing, winds me up like the music at the gym. I have a non-stop diet of hip-hop, which I loathe with a passion.

I don't assume that everyone else wants to listen to jazz fusion, or opera, or plainchant - why do they assume I want to listen to their tripe?

Yo. But I can't lift in 7/8. Actually, I have thought of taking in Alex Lifeson's solo project 'Victor' as there are some crushing tracks on that.
