I go by feel on my workouts. If I feel good I work up to a heavy weight and try to hit a PR single, double or triple. If I don't feel up to par that day I go lighter and work on form, speed, technique, ect. Also when training for a meet I go raw one week, and geared 2 weeks. Here's my weekly routine
Mon- SQ/DL, lower accessory Wed- Bench, Shoulders, Triceps Fri- Back, Biceps, Grip

Im on the same track as rich and g, variation is the key in my w/o's, and the variation depends on how i feel that day. Some weeks i go to the gym 3 days, some 5 days and a small pump-a-thon at home in sunday evening, i always listen to what my body tells me and what it needs in nutrition.

I'm trying this pseudo fullbody routine. We'll see if I last more then a week:
Day 1 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps Day 2 - Squats, Quads, Hammies and Abs Day 3 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Calves Day 4 - Deadlifts, Romanian Deadlifts, Front Squats and Abs Day 5 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps Day 6 - Squats, Quads, Hammies and Abs Day 7 - Rest For most big movements I am doing a 6x2 rep scheme transitioning into a 6x3 (ala Hepburn)
