Bench 415
Squat 500 Dead 505 Goals Bench 440 Squat 550 Dead 550 My current stats are all gym lifts. I'm competing July 10th in a powerlifting meet so I may update my current numbers and replace them with competition lifts. Goal numbers will probably stay the same unless my competition lifts are higher than expected. |
