Deadlift from around 340x1(probably more) to 385x1 for a 2.5xbodyweight
Chin up from 50x1 to 77x1 for a 1.5xbodyweight(including bodyweight) Press from 115x1 to 154x1 for a bodyweight press I want to do these before returning to school in September.Chin up and deadlift definitely doable should exceed both especially deadlift.Press is gonna be a struggle. I'm playing a good bit of sport lately so I dunno about weight gain.I guess I gotta stay pretty leanish. |

Bench: 225 Squat: 230 Deadlift: 305 OH Press: 135 Goal Bench: 250 Squat: 300 Deadlift: 350 OH Press:185 Overall: 900 Lbs for the big 3, 1085 for all 4. That puts me within the 1000Lb club for the big 3, and 1200 for all 4, to be achieved before years end..
