Many articles tell you how great they are etc etc. But are not able to find a single article that actually explains how to use it in you training regime. lets say if you periodize your training linear. are you just supposed to put bands and chains in there at random? and what about clusters? at the time being, ive used dropsets,negatives,forcedreps etc to bring up a stubborn exercise, often in the low rep range. same with clusters? anybody got any damn good articles to link to or something? |

Hey buddy, here are two links to articles at elitefts on how to use bands and chains. If you have a power rack, I think you can set them up just fine. If you look at the training logs over at elitefts, you will see that many of the guys use bands and chains, and post videos of their training as well.
