-Really nothing special....For deadlift, I went from doing only 1 real heavy working set for as many reps as I could lift usually 6-8 dead stop reps, then id add 10 lbs a week and amrap that, usually only lifting once a week or once every other week...........Then I was doing as heavy as possible for 3-5 reps, only did a few of those wo.....
last heavy DL day I have a vid of my working set, wasnt feelin it though, so I took it slow and threw on the straps..... http://www. youtube.com /watch?v=YMTTBlfVfK4 Now im trying a singles 'program' that I just started, trying to see how that works, link to in if you want to see: Train The Deadlift -Bench has always been weak for me, but I have added about 50lbs in 10 weeks...working sets are 4sets / 3reps per, same wt for each, ill do extra reps or +5 lbs on last set if the 3rd felt good.. -Squat I cant do rite now, main quad work is legpress 6-8reps -Then all other assistance work is heavy for 6-8 reps Last edited by perfkt3; 05-28-2010 at 02:55 PM. |
