This guy is training these kids. I think he's actually training for a high school. This is just wrong these kids are brainwashed to think they're doing it right. I fell bad for these kids.

Ok, now that second video in conjunction with the former has filled me with all strange sorts of sympathetic/morose emotions I never knew I had.

i've watched a ton of their videos and am just amazed at how rediculous it is.

also, what the **** is up with all the high reps they do always in training (at least the vids i've seen).

All that weight on wide stances with those chicken legs. I was waiting for something to snap.

For the record, I stink at wide stance squats.
