Well im learning alot from reg park and implementing his training so i was wondering if everyone could put in there info on everything they know about park. His methods, quotes,Training, Nutrition. Whatever you guys want to put would be fine. I know everyone doesn't know all about park but most do and can put Anything they want in here I like all the info.

I don’t recall doing any squats in those days, but when I look back I realize that I was doing about 90 sets a workout which I’m sure was far more than any British bodybuilder was doing in 48/49.

I have read all of them now. Its interesting how he trained and used so many exercises sometimes on one day. He became a competitor to all the great bodybuilders with only a couple years of hard training he was a threat to the best.
