Good stuff coop, will you be lifting alone or with a partner?
From my personal experience, I would suggest finding a good partner to help push you and keep you focused. It could also create some competition, this helped me a lot. Just a suggestion.

Thanks man. I dont mind the extra confidence it keeps me focuseD. Im going to do the reg park beginner routines. But im going to take out the wrist work and add curls and hvy abs. And change the fron squats both to back squats.

Great choice, but why no front squats?? They are very effective, just my opinion. I like the idea of no wrist work, I never do it either.
