Cable Flys or just any fly

But I skip the Pull Over's, they do nothing for me except get me mad!

I start april 15th bro thanks for the interest. And i used to do alot of fight training myself. Liked to box when i was younger but grew out of it i guess.
Your program sounds interesting also. Push it to the limit.
