Monday
Squat 5/3/1
Push/Pull C&P (10x3)

Tuesday
Light C&P (circuit)

Wednesday
Bench Press 5/3/1
Squat, Pull

Thursday
Light C&P

Friday
Deadlifts 5/3/1
Squat and Pull C&P

I am going to go with this for, BBG I really like what you posted and I will probably use that in the future. But right now my workouts have to be kinda short really busy with school and trying to graduate. I would like to stick to C&P as much as possible because it has been working great for me. I realized today that I will be doing a lot of overhead pressing with the C&P work so I do not think I need to do 531 for that.

After rugby season I will probably add that on saturday with some other accessory stuff. I just like the C&P idea of not really a set schedule and attacking different lifts all the time. So I will see how this works out.

Thanks again for the input guys.
