Knee Wraps: how much would they help with a squat? do they help deads? Belt: will it help a deads and squats go up, or just give more support (maybe make less likely of getting off balance or leaning forward on squat)? Knee Sleves: will they bring numbers up or just help keep joints warm? Also same question for elbow sleves? Wrist Wraps (dont plan on getting, just curious) I have money to muscle and strength.... Are any of these good/worth buying? this is the only belt they have (besides the **** kind), is it decent (its so cheap i cant see it being very good): Valeo Competition Classic Lifting Belt - With Memory Foam! On Sale! | Muscle & Strength knee wraps, will they get it done: RTO Sportsgear Standard Knee Wrap - Knee Suppport! | Muscle & Strength sleves Valeo Closed Patella Knee Support - Support Your Knee! I just recently started using a belt and I don't fell as much lower back pain after heavy deads but still sore. I really like it I also use them on OHP and squats and it does seem to help with my balance.

I like knee wraps. But I don't use the ultra-hardcore competition wraps. I find them too tight and stiff and hard to squat in on a weekly basis. I use ace bandages. The knee wraps at M&S look decent. I would try them.
Knee sleeves can suck. Hard to find ones that fit correct, and they're always sliding around if you are active. I would pass on those. A belt is nice to have. Just make sure it's a bit bigger. You don't want to run out of room too quickly.

knee sleves just seem easy and a guy at bb.com (who has a rediculous total) recommended them, saying he liked to use them on a regular basis more than wraps. any thoughts on the difference they make?

Some claim they add 50 to 100 pounds when wrapped correctly. Others say nothing. I would hit up BigTallOx, BWYS, BBG, Doc and Ehubbs on this one to get feedback.

I'm looking into some knee straps soon too
Back belt, never used one. Wrist wraps are mandatory for me on back days, my back just plain wouldnt get worked the same without them. 4 sets of deadlifts,5 sets of pulldowns,5 sets of straightarmed pulldowns,5sets of barbell rows, 5 sets of tbar rows = way to damn much for my grip to handle and as the workout goes on the grip gives out (limiting how much weight/reps I can do)
