Thanks guys.

By next month I hope to be in the 900lb club with a ~405 Deadlift, 315 Squat, and ~200 Bench. (Probably a little higher on Dead and lower on Bench.)

Squat est. 1RM is 486
Bench est. 1RM is 246
Deadlift 1RM is 335
Total is 1067

I'll have to see about getting vids of me maxing out on these and see if that is anywhere near accurate.

isn't your squat max 405x5? that would put you around 465 as the chart says. also you're probably past an 800 total either way so post in the 900 or 1000 lb thread when you figure out your maxes

That's a big difference in Squat/Deadlift ratio. But I wish I had your Squat...

I used the calculator in the tools section of the site, and that's what it says, either way I need to do a real deal 1RM to see and it doesn't really count unless it's videoed.

Deadlifts are a very recent thing for me, so hopefuly they come up as I become more comfortabe with the lift.
