Bench 300
Squat 340 Deadlift 385 10-7-29 Total: 1025? not good with math but i do got retard strength if that counts for anything just started deadlifting and squating like 2 weeks ago for the 1st time rly have before but once in a blue moon now xctually trying to get them up will prly do max 3 once a month or so to see how im doing |
