) but I do have real stats:Pre surgery: Bench 500x2.5 reps Squat 600 (was actually like 645 but I don't remember the exact, I'll call it 600) Dead Lift 705lb. -------------------- 1805ttl. My guess is I would have had a 545lb bench, and with the 645lb squat or so that would be 1895lb, but that's pre surgery, I guess it doesn't matter anymore....

Thanks Kman. I would like to try for a new squat max tomorrow, but not sure my shoulders is ready for it yet.

the 1RM calculator i used gave me your answers for squat and bench but on deadlift i came up with 570 not 550. double check?
