It's only because I am the only bloody one who posts PR's Thursday is my last opportunity for a while as I embark on the new program. Proves that I am barely out of beginner stages to be honest.
Loads of others would fill these pages. Spart for example has been making killer gains.

Last week I hit 245 Bench Press, with no spotter assistance whatsoever. A BIG PR for me.
Assuming my Squat is somewhere between 358 and 375 lbs (162.5 and 170 kg), and my Deadlift is somewhere between 424 and 441 lbs (192.5 and 200 kg), then a Bench Press of 245 lbs puts me somewhere between a 1027 lbs/466 kg and a 1061 lbs/481 kg total.

As you've probably guessed, I'm trying to practice being more fluent in kilos.

Congrats. With how hard you are training it won't be long before you reach a 1200 total.
