Thanks King! I've never really done rows any other way...though I suppose you could do them just bent over, but I think that'd be awkward. It definitely feels more stable with your leg on the bench

500lbs on Barbell Shrugs today for 8 sets of 3. Was going for 10 sets, but I tore a callous on the bloody straps. haha

Gonna try 585lbs next week.
