From last night, 265kg (~584 lbs):
I don't usually attempt PB's for the competition lifts in training. Sometimes, however, having fun gets the best of even the most stalwart plan followers. That lift was a 25kg PB, and is 7.5kg better than the current Canadian national record for my age/weight class. |

That's just the way I do it. My lockout is strong, just not very hard. Next time I get a video I'll try to get more of my upper body in there. I'm hoping to get vids of everything from different angles so I can get my form right now, instead of trying to fix things later on. I'll definitely be posting more vids, with much interest in critiques.
