Damn, both of you make PR's look easy.

Steve - awesome squatting strength with or without chains. Form looked impeccable as usual.

Swede - that lift looks like it requires alot of skill and control and you nailed it. Also, I have never heard anyone speak swedish before. Mind telling us what you said? Haha

Congratz to both of you for some fine lifts - I quite enjoyed the vids.

Comeback PR. Squat- 265 3x5. Wanted to do 5x5, but I could feel some strain kicking in from my very dormant glutes. I didn't lift for a week to focus on other things in life, and I was sitting most of those days.

Life is pretty good. Getting my strength back pretty quickly now.
