I enjoy adding accommodating resistance (bands and chains) to my main lifts, I really feel that they help me bring up my lifts. I incorporate them on my max and dynamic days.

if you dont have the pegs to attach them, then you will need to steal some heavy dumbbells, I would still personally recommend ordering the full size mini (the last link in previous post) and possibly a monster mini, the monster is just the next step up, so you can buy it now or later

Good stuff here kman, get creative with the bands, you can use them on pretty much anything. One of my favorites is to add them to tricep pushdown and it increases the intensity a ton. Not only are bands beneficial to your lifts, they are a lot of fun and add a lot of variety. I think you will like them, they took my workouts from ok, to amazing and helped increase my strength.

Go for it man, I love deadlift singles! Hit some heavy good mornings, they will definitely bring up your deadlift and squat.

for deadlift could i just do 3 singles (after warm ups) at 80% and then add 5 percent a week or something, so after 4 weeks im doing 3 singles at my old max? i literally just though of this and its probably stupid. i just dont know how to progress. i know 5 reps would be the fastest way, but my form gets terrible after 1 or 2 reps. i dont want to miss out on possible gains, but i also dont want to risk injury.
