Here is my workout with an A/B and I alternate them, so one day I am doing workout A then workout B. A) Squats 5x5 B) Squats 5x5 Bench Press 5x5 OHP 5x5 Inverted Rows 3xF Deadlift 1x5 Push ups 3xF Pullup 3x F Reverse Crunch 3x20(started at 3x12) Prone Bridges 3x 45seconds Have started alternating push ups and dips and pull ups and chin ups |
