i cant embed it because my friend didnt upload it to youtube. the weight is 380 and i have a pretty bad cold. i think had i not been sick i may have been able to get 10 |

You do a great job of resetting your form and keeping a tight back on those. Great job. That's one of the few "rep sets" of deadlifts I've seen that maintains good form.

thanks. i have been working on my form for about a year now, and i finally have it close to where i want it to be. your form really cant be too perfect on deads. it just makes it that much easier to pull the heavier weights imo.
