I am going to be switching to 2 higher rep sets of deadlifts in the new year, following by some 90% training. Something like this:
315 x reps - deadlift 315 x reps - sumo deadlift 405 x 1 435 x 1 465 x 1 x 3

Box squats have helped my deadlift more than anything, but deficit pulls are also a big help.
Multiple reps on the deadlift can be tragic, which is why multiple repped box squats and good mornings are a good substitute(or addition to singles) Quote:
