Ramon - I don't recommend over-using them, especially if your form goes to pot after the first rep.

I don't really like using multiple rep deadlift sets, I feel my form really breaks down when I do multiple reps. Make sure you reset and keep your form when doing multiple reps.
And also pressing movements for me move up the slowest and my deadlift moves up the fastest. I like to strengthen my deadlifts by doing deadlifts. My favorite is to use a band while doing deadlifts for dynamic effort days. I find variations of deadlifts to be very helpful like deficit deadlifts and also rack pulls with a band. These are both ways to switch things up so you do not have to heavy deadlifts all the time. Deadlifts are probably my favorite of the three main lifts so I enjoy doing them. Goodmornings helped strengthen my deadlift too.

Before it was something like, back feels ok, pull heavy until I burn out or hit a pr, but will shot for only 5-10lbs of my max at a time. And I would keep going up 5-10weekly or every 10 days until I maxed out and missed a lift. If I missed from the floor, I did deficit work the next month, if I didn't lock out, lock out work, and just went from there.

that used to be me (and it was very low), then i "fixed form", made it a little better(still needs a ton of work) and broke through the pateu. for OH i've been at the same place for months now (10 lbs more now maybe). OH really pissed me off, although lately ive been moving up.
