NEW GOALS
Current (end of 2009) Squat- 255x5 (will do monday, tues, or wed.) Bench-200(as of 12/14/09) Deadlift- 355(as of 12/23/09) Some time in feb i was to deadlift 400 In 12 weeks (March 7-13) Squat-340 Bench-245 Deadlift-410 Total-995 (some where ill try to add 5 lbs to this to join the 1000 lb club!) After 12 weeks will set new goals! 210 Goals (by end of year) Squat-400 Bench-300 Deadlift-460 Total-1160 This will be hard, but maybe possible. Right now im still using linear progression. It will be interesting to see how i can progress after this stops. TIME TO SMASH FUCKING WEIGHTS

Those are good goals Kman. I think you can hit them. And I think with how strong you are right now in the deadlift, when you hit a 400 squat your deadlift may be closer to 500.
A 1200 total for a guy at your age and weight would be insane. the muscle is going to pack on as well.

Just remember to not lift your hips before you start pulling That helps a ton with back issues.
