New Belt
I am looking into buying a new powerlifting belt something probably in 10 mm, but I am not sure what is best, I am looking for help from you guys.
I am also thinking of getting a belt with a lever, do you guys have any suggestions, like width, or a good company to buy it from??? Thanks in advance. |
I am very happy with the quality of my belt from Rickey Dale Crain.
Power Belts They made it custom to my waist. And it is no joke. I know there are other brands out there. Just giving you my option. |
Thank you, that is all I am looking for is other people's opinions.
what width do you suggest, should I go thicker than 10 mm, like 13mm? |

i have an Inzer: power belt quality economy belt, they run 39.95 at INZERnet.com...
I love it, it is not a lever one. i bought this one cause i was sharing it with my old workout partner and we had differnt waist sizes... i'm glad i went this way as i have lost some much waist and inches around the waist that i can still use the same belt... Description: Economy belts are normally priced much higher by others. This imported power belt is higher quality to provide years of great use at an unbeatable price. Maximum thickness 13mm powerlifting belt. This belt has a very good quality and strong, stiff feel to it. If you need to meet a tight budget, this belt is great. You will feel secure with your belt performance for years to come in this wonderful belt. Securely fastened and heavily sewn. Will come with either 6 rows of stitching and eight-shaped stitch around prong holes, or with 8 rows of straight stitching. (depending on current inventory). Suede on both sides. Suede on inside provides slip-resistant surface. |

check out elitefts for belts too

I think I am going to go with the 10mm belt from elitefts.com because their medium size goes from 33-36 inches and most go from 32-35 inch waist and right now my waist is around 33 but I would like a little room to grow in the future. I am also a little afraid though that my waist will drop below 33 by summer time. I guess I will just have to pick one.
It is between the elite 10mm and the inzer 10mm. Unless MAB can explain to me how the crain system works, when I put in my waist size do they give a few inches on each side or another method? |
