I really feel traps from deadlifts and rack pulls and push presses. I just figure that's enough trap work for me.

I completely understand abs, but I love having them. I dont like calves and abs, prolly my least fav. |

Currently I really don't have anything I hate to train. In fact I love everything I'm doing.
There was a point that I hated to work my legs. They just hurt, and caused me problems. That situation has been worked, and I now relish training my legs. If there was one part that I could throw away, it would be biceps. As it is I only do a few sets for them anyway so it's not a big deal. They are hit pretty good from the compounds that I'm doing, so a couple of finish sets is easy. More than anything I'm just grateful to still be able to train. |

I hate machines. At this point cable machines/plate loaded. I can't stand them. I never get any benefit from doing them, so I just stopped. I love the cold hand of iron. This being said I neglect my calves, which are still 18 inches which is good enough for me. Because Strongman hates biceps, my most favorite and over trained bodypart as became the most abused and least loved, shrinking to 17.9 makes me tear a little inside, thinking back how many years I have trained them. Finally Abs I HATE training unless is some no belt squats, yolk or deadlifts.
