None. I'm being prepped so to speak. I'm training with Brian Carroll, Adam Driggers, and Clint Smith with team Samson. I'm looking at jumping in later this year. I've been around the game a long time, and been to countless meets.

I think its bad for the sport for everyone to get something. Would rather see the first place guy get more money than the 3rd place deadlift by formula lol.

There are so many feds now that eveyone holds a record somewhere. It's to bad. But invite only meets limit that to those that qualify for "that" meet. Some people may not like the "qualifying factors", but that's to bad. Try harder next time. You may not like it, but at least respect the people's accomplishment that made the cut.

I agree! I had all intentions of doing the XPC meet. My opinion but I think it will be the best meet in the country.

Invite only brings the best of the best together and for a spectator and the sport overall, this can only be a good thing. Really excited to see what goes down at this meet.

I wasn't invited, so they must be really good.

Bwahhh.... I just made myself LOL out loud.

Doesn't matter the sport, any time you can put the best of the best out in front of cameras and and paying public, it makes the sport attractive and stronger. No one wants to see the up and coming amateurs in the Masters, they want to see Tiger, Phil, V. J. and the rest. No one wants to see Single A players at the All-Star game, they want to see Ortiz, A-roid, and the rest. I know nothing about the payouts or competition powerlifting for that matter, but if you want to get me hooked from afar, put the best out there for me to see and to get me pumped up about.

I would actually like to volunteer and help out with platform crew like loading plates. Just to be in the presence of greatness would definitely help my own lifting as well.

Just incase anyone took my comments the wrong way, I am in no way trying to bash the USPL. I think they are the most consistent single ply fed there is, I just dont like payout systems where everyone gets paid. I also think the 21k they are putting up is the most of any meet in the US in recent memory.

For the information of someone who has never been... What does it take to get to go SEE this, besides being at the location? I've never been to an Arnold Sports Festival. I won't make it to this one, but I would love to in the future.

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.

Squat: 415lbs
Deads: 440lbs
