I think it's good to have all-time PRs, or post-injury PRs. But I would urge you not to call anything new an all-time PR unless it is, otherwise you actually run the risk of devaluing your prior accomplishments.

At some point we're all going to decline, either through old age, injury or retirement. It will be nice to remember clearly what our bests were.

Thanks for all of the input. I will aim for post injury pr's then go after the all time pr's once I reach that point.
