I have been able to do 315 seated military press from behind the neck for a few reps in the past. Never really pushed the standing OHP. I normally stay in the 6-10 rep ranges on those as typically its a finisher for me.

I have a spine injury, so I only press from standing, never seated.

Wow, I think I need to train this lift more. Evidently everyone else is training it a hell of a lot more than me. I've had messed up shoulders since high school though, so I've never had more than 135 on the bar for presses.

Yeah, my current PRs are 190 from the rack, and 195 after a clean, both strict presses, standing. Bodyweight was 170-175 for both.

I'm close, 175 for 5 with an axle at a BW of ~230 is my best and weirdly I can't seem to do any heavier for 1 with a barbell
