Women depending on the day weight changes, Stomach bloated etc... A prong will work around that stuff. A Lever would as well, but you have unscrew two screws and move and reinstall the screws again (Carefully to not strip one)

I prefer a single prong over the lever. Easier to adjust for me. Definitely a personal preference though. Both styles work well. |

If it were myself I would go with Inzer. I own an Inzer Forever 10mm belt. It is of superb quality. I also had a good experience with Inzer's customer service.
I know someone who has one of there tapered belts and it is of the same quality of there powerlifting belts.
