Can anyone give me some good strenth routines for someone who can only make it to the gym twice a week, and not neglecting any muscle groups? Thank you.

Depending on your capability I usually do this:

Day 1
Squat
Overhead Press
Rack Pulls

Day 2
Deadlift
Bench Press
Yates Rows

Bread and Butter movements, add in assistance based on your body's needs.

Check out my training log if you want to get an in depth I idea how I break my down in detail.
