Glute ham raise vs Hyperextensions for squats ?
What would be the better assistant lift for the squat, Glute ham raises or hyperextensions ?

Reverse hyperextensions are also a good accessory lift. However, I agree that GHR's are awesome and have helped me improve my depth on squats at higher weights.

I do GHR, reverse hypers, and hypers...Utilize them all.
